Google Classroom uses names in student lists, which can cause an issue in importing grades when schools have students with the same name. This file will list all students in the school with their student ID. Email addresses must made the domain used for Google Classroom.
Where to Start
To access administrative downloads click Administration, then Downloads.
To easily locate the report type 9.02 in the search bar. Then click to select the report.
Click Download the get the template.
The downloaded file will have a list of all student ID numbers in column A. In column B add the email address the teachers for the student in Google Classroom. Save the file and navigate to the Google Integration page. Click Administration, Integrations, then Google Classroom Integrations.
In the Student Google Email Addresses section click Choose File, then select the saved .csv file. If you would like to register unregistered students click here Automatically Register Unregistered Students for PupilPath.
Click Upload to Save the file to the site.The date of the last upload should update to the moment the new file was uploaded.
