Your teachers may be using different email addresses from their IO Classroom login for their Google Classroom account. This file populate a list of Teacher email accounts used for Io Classroom. The updated file will be uploaded on the Google Classroom Integrations page.
Where to Start
To access administrative downloads click Administration, then Downloads.
To easily locate the report type 9.01 in the search bar. Then click to select the report.
Click Download the get the template.
The downloaded file will have a list of all registered teacher email address in column A. In column B add the email address the teacher is using for Google Classroom even if they are the same. Save the file and navigate to the Google Integration page. Click Administration, Integrations, then Google Classroom Integrations.
In the Teacher Google Email Addresses section click Choose File, select the saved .csv file, then click Upload.The date of the last upload should update to the moment the new file was uploaded.
