This article will help if you are a student that is having trouble logging into their account.
If you need to register for PupilPath you can find instructions here.
Even if a student linked an email address to their account, the student username is always the student ID.
If you are a student and you have forgotten your username/student ID number, contact your school to assist you.
Students and parents can not use the same email address for their PupilPath accounts.
If you have an old account you may have been able to register the parent and student accounts using the same email address. You can register using different accounts to login to each account.
Students will only receive a forgot password email using our app if an email address is linked to the account.
If you still have access to the account you can link an email by following the instructions in Configure Student Email in PupilPath.
