If students forget their password they will need to register again or request a reset in the PupilPath Mobile app.
If a student needs to reset their password on the website, they will need their student registration code and student ID number. If you no longer have the student registration code you will need to contact the school.
If the student is not registered with an email address they will not be able to reset their password in the app.
To reset the student password in the app click Forgot Password from the login area then enter the students email address. The activation email will contain a link to reset the password.
