In this lesson, you will review how to troubleshoot scanning issues with DDC exams.
Where to Start
You are using a scansheet scanner and are experiencing different errors in the same batch:
- Review Batches page says "A template does not exist for this exam. Please contact DDC Support."
- A sheet is matched with the wrong exam
- The mostly likely culprit for this is the DPI of the scanned documents. To resolve this, open the DDC Exam Scanner and Click "Options":
Ensure that "Hide Scanner Driver Interface" is checked. If this is not checked, the scanner will reset the DPI to 200 and will cause inconsistent results.
After clicking OK, rescan and upload the problem sheets.
