In this article you will learn how to send notification to your parents/guardians.
Where to Start
Notifications are initiated from the attendance book or the
gradebook. Let's start with the gradebook. Click Grade, then Gradebook.
Next click the Speech bubble above the Student Name column.
You will be brought to the Grades tab IO Messenger Bulk Notification pop up menu.
You will also notice that you can access the Attendance, Averages and Report Cards tab right from the pop up menu.
In order to send a grade notification select the Assignment and set the Grade Type. Click the check box for any of your other courses that you would also like to send this notification to.
Once you have selected the courses you can click Preview to see what the message looks like and then click Send Now to push the message out to Students and Parents.
